Step1 Get in touch

Please fill out the form and email it to us. If you know the cap type, quantity, and design you want, send those as well, and we will provide pricing. Please also read the instructions at the bottom of this page.

Step2 We'll create visuals ready for your approval

After reviewing your email, we will send you the visual of your cap along with a clear price and a detailed cost breakdown. Once approved, we will proceed with production, and our team will handle the printing in-house.

Step3 Receive your swim caps in the post

Once your caps are printed, we will send them along with the tracking information after shipping.

We only use the 2023 Pantone Formula Guide for color matching.
Older versions are not supported.
If you do not have access to the Pantone Formula Coated Guide, please refrain from specifying Pantone color numbers.

In such cases, printing will be based on the color
displayed on the monitor and the operator’s judgment, and we do not accept any claims regarding color discrepancies

Order / Quality Inquiry Guidelines

Due to the nature of manual silkscreen printing,
where technicians print each piece by hand,
such phenomena may inevitably occur.

This is an inherent characteristic of the printing
technique and should not be considered a defect.
